Tim Halley has been in the restaurant business for more than 30 years, and he’s no stranger to working day in, day out, to improve a business. Starting out in a small French bistro as a dishwasher, Tim climbed his way up to executive chef, and he has not stopped fighting for better menus, better service, and better ingredients.
A pioneer of the gastropub movement in Ontario, Tim believes that even bar food should still be made with the freshest ingredients, the best recipes, and no mystery additions.
He earned his chef’s hat at the Stratford Chefs School, apprenticed dozens of chefs, and helped build or redefine at least a dozen dining establishments. From the trenchers to the trenches, he’s the Gastronomy General of Ontario.
With his pro team of top chefs, hospitality experts, and marketing gurus, Tim has been reinvigorating the local food industry, and he’s ready to do the same for you.
