Her extensive management experience ranges from casual-dining restaurants and night clubs, to fine-dining and huge patios.  Lisa’s expertise also includes event-coordination, large scale catering and banquet management.

Lisa’s professionalism and networking skills have created record breaking sales and 100% business growth for many of the organizations she works with. 

Having worked at the forefront of multiple restaurant launches with CMG Entertainment over a span of 14 years, Lisa understands what it takes to draw customers through the door with brand strengthening promotions.

She knows how to execute flawless service day-in, day-out, and how to manage a service team with efficiency and flow.

Lisa’s knowledge of POS systems is extensive.  She is a master at creation and implementation of systems for data analysis and profitability.  And, she effectively trains employee teams in service excellence, customer relations and conflict resolution.

Her certification in interior design makes Lisa an asset during the planning stages of both start-ups and restaurant renovations. She brings knowledge and creativity to brand development, space layout and décor.
